Copies of Andy Winnick's presentation at yesterday's meeting and supporting materials are available here in both Word and PDF formats. Included is a resolution that was passed by the Claremont Democratic Club that Andy included. I haven't read it yet.
Warning: the maps and charts document in PDF format is about eight times bigger than the Word version (24 MB versus 8) so you should probably use the Word version if you can.
