The city of Chicago is trying to fight drugs by banning plastic baggies:
Tiny plastic bags used to sell small quantities of heroin, crack cocaine, marijuana and other drugs would be banned in Chicago, under a crackdown advanced Tuesday by a City Council committee.
If it weren't the Sun-Times reporting it I'd swear this was a pitch for a Saturday Night Live skit.

Am I the only one who remembers that McDonald's banned small plastic spoons, little tiny ones, in the late '70s as they were associated with cocaine use?
